Christmas at Hogs and Cart Wheels!

Christmas has come early to Hogs and Cart Wheels as I have been busy working on things for Santa, that the elves in the workshops just weren't skilled enough to create!

First thing out of my Christmas production line was a BRAND NEW BIKE!

The Red Nosed Rider, was to replace Rudolf and give the poor old deer a break! This bike comes with glowing nose headlamp and authentic sleigh bell sounds. This bike can be found as a special freebie at the Seraphim Headquarters on Depraved Nation! If you don't know what Seraphim is yet, it is something that Rudh works on to help people find out about any events or sales that are taking place in SL, and if you like shopping you should check it out - go here!

Then while you are at Seraphim HQ, you should walk out the door to take a look at the Depraved Nation Gacha event, because yes I am in that too...

I made a collection of Helmets for the event but these are in a gacha. If you don't know about gacha machines, what happens is you pay a set amount - in this case 20L - to recieve ONE of the helmets that the machine contains and these will be delivered at random. There are 8 different Helmets in the Gacha machine, and these are Mod/Trans so you can get them to fit or give them away as Christmas presents! There are loads of other gacha machines here too!

And Finally, whilst we are discussing Depraved Nation, I was invited to take part in one of their grid-wide hunts! The first hunt that I have ever participated in!

The Deer Sleigher, named because it will be too fast for the deer that are supposed to pulls Santa's sleigh, was created for Santa himself, but I decided to offer it up as a hunt prize! This is a drag-capable sleigh that will get you around the world in a matter of seconds! To find this at the mainstore, all you need to do is search for the little cylinder with a blue snowflake on top, and remember as a hint "Who Ya Gonna Call?", when you find it this sleigh is FREE! A first for Hogs and Cart Wheels we have come up with the idea that SL was missing decent vehicle part furniture, so I made this as a test piece to see what people thought of it.
It is high prim just like my vehicles, but as with the vehicles it can take up to 50 seconds to rez and has a base prim count of 14 prims which will be all that register on the land prim counts.
There are 4 different sit positions in this furniture, each with three couple poses, one male and one female.

H&C Wheels General Lee

The General Lee is the latest in our range of Famous Vehicles.
Based on the Dodge used in the television series, The Dukes of Hazard, the General Lee is the car driven by the cousins Bo and Duke. There is only one episode of the series in which the car is not a feature meaning that this vehicle is the third major cast member!! Often seen doing stunts and in car chases the General Lee can be heard from a distance by the rumble of the engine and the familiar horn tune, which we have managed to replicate in this car, just hit the roof!!
As with all our cars the General Lee comes with TWO versions. Drag-Capable means that it is counted on the land within the normal prim count. Non Drag-Capable takes up to 50 seconds to rez but is NOT counted on the land prim count and therefore can be more highly detailed! The rear front and doors of this vehicle will open, although the cousins used the windows!

The Munsters Koach is one of two vehicles seen in the television series The Munsters. The Munsters is a 1960s American Family television sitcom depicting the home life of a family of monsters. The family, while decidedly odd, consider themselves fairly typical working-class Americans of the era. Herman, like many husbands of the 1960s, is the sole wage-earner in the family, though Lily and Grandpa make (short-lived) attempts to earn a little money from time to time. While Herman is the titular "head of household," Lily actually makes most of the decisions. As the vehicle of Herman and Lily Munster, the Koach is the family vehicle, large enough to take the whole family on outings.

The Aerobike has been designed as part of the High Prim Chopper Bike line of Hogs and Cart Wheels...
This bike is highly primmed, and has been scripted so that although the bike is rezzed on the ground, the majority of the prims form a worn section meaning there is only a small number of prims as part of the land prim count. Scripted with realistic animations as well as the ability to burn out, these bikes definitely have the wow factor!

Snake Bite Magazine

Snake Bite magazine, created by the Cobra's Motorcycle Club, is now available to purchase at Hogs and Cart Wheels...

The price of 10$L, will be put back into the Cobra's costs of maintaining their 12 biker Sims. The Sims are open to the public for use of their miles of roadway that are perfect for cruising, this is just a biker sim however, no cars are allowed! Feel free to check them out, maybe you might even consider becoming a Cobra yourself, they are always willing to take on new Prospects. I myself am a Cobra Road Captain.

H&C Wheels The Lightning

This is the first of two vehicles used in the movie Grease, and it plays a key role as the prop the T-Bird gang dance all over as they sing the legendary "Grease Lightning", it is also the car that wins the race against the arch rivals the Scorpions, which proves to be the movie turning point for Sandy. The car is also the backdrop to the secondary story of its owner Kenickie and his rocky relationship with Rizzo, it comes complete with all his favourite objects including his "25 cent insurance policy"...
As with all our cars the Delorean comes with TWO versions. Drag-Capable means that it is counted on the land within the normal prim count. The Delorean was created for the line of Famous Vehicles at Hogs and Cart Wheels...
Used in the Trilogy of the Back to the Future movies, the Delorean is the Time Machine created by the scientist Doc Brown. This model is based on the first movie, in which Marty McFly is taken from the 80's to 1955, where he has to ensure his parents become an item. This car is a MUST for any Back to the Future fan!
As with all our cars the Delorean comes with TWO versions. Drag-Capable means that it is counted on the land within the normal prim count. Non Drag-Capable takes up to 50 seconds to rez but is NOT counted on the land prim count and therefore can be more highly detailed! The Delorean also has the special feature of the lights which turn on as the car is starting up, as well as the controls to make the car head back or forwards in time. As with the Deloran in the movie, the doors of this vehicle open upwards in the realistic 'gull-wing' style!
